Rental Application Submission

Please fill out the entire application.  . Any misstatements or omissions made on your application, whether or not discovered before you move into the building, is grounds for denial of an application or termination of an existing tenancy. If any information given to us on the application cannot be verified, this is a valid basis for rejection.  Each application has a fee of $45.00 which is paid when you submit the application.

Every adult that will be living in the apartment is required to complete an  application. We will also need a current and valid government-issued photo ID. Acceptable forms of ID include a state driver’s license, identification card, U.S. military identification, or a current passport.  These can be attached to the application or sent to our website wemanage123@gmail.com
